The Role

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. Fully supporting the Executive Chef and team in creating an unmatched food experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ensure that service is aligned with Foods Gate philosophy and standard at all times.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean and friendly workplace environment for co-workers and guests.
  • Display and demonstrate excellent people skills, creating positive working relationships.
  • Know how to serve, speak, and conduct yourself while on property in a professional manner.
  • Recognize that guest service and attention to detail is your top priority.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable and 100% compliant with all Health and Safety procedures and demonstrate a positive health and safety culture supporting Foods Gate safety policies.
  • Create and support an environment of “Teamwork” by helping fellow team members without a second thought.
  • Demonstrate ‘Food as Art’ style of work ethics
  • Proven background in Fine Dining Asian food skills operating at AA Rosette of similar
  • Ability to work in the public area and have competent guest communication skills
  • Handle high pressure environment
  • Proven background in handling and managing Commis Chefs
To perform any other duties as required from time to time
