  1. Follow up with functional departments and Customer Service team for closure
  2. Customer Communication ( both verbal and written )
  3. Daily Reporting to HOD on the escalations received with analysis on various parameters like  -

                                                               i.      Complaint Reasons

                                                             ii.      Repeat Escalations

                                                            iii.      Specific family /category

                                                           iv.      Failure in specific regions / teams

  1. Potential Escalations handling , communicating the same on any specific case details as required
