Position:- Merchandiser

Office Location: Regional Sales Centers in KSA (Jeddah/ Taif/ Riyadh/ Makkah/ Medina)

License - Saudi license/Indian license preferable.

Role and Responsibilities (4 PS):

 Plan the day in professional way (company uniform & tools). - Follow the JCP Plan (Daily and weekly visit calendar). - Submit Daily Market coverage and visit report.  - Ensure that products appear in the right store and right shelves, at the appropriate time and with the correct quantities.  Work closely on daily basis with the sales Executive, Supervisor, ASM & Sales manager to focus as per set daily target & forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance and achieve the sales target. - Planning product ranges and preparing daily sales and stock report. - Working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales. - Work closely with a Buyer to ensure the product that's bought will enable them to achieve the sales plan - Monitor shelve stock and back warehouse quantities and arrange the sales order along with store manager or supervisor and align the sales rep for the order quantities & delivery time. - Provide competitors activities in market (Price, Promotion, NPD’S, etc…) - Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork - Follow up company merchandising planograms standards. - Implement Company MSL list by outlet (will be defined as per each store). - Monitoring slow sellers sku’s and inform sales Executive, Supervisor, ASM & Sales manager to take the necessary action.  

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma - KSA experience, and driving license is mandatory

1-2 years functional experience 













Plus monthly commission - based on Sales Target Achievement %:


If achievement, 90% - 99%


If achievement, 100% - 109%


If achievement, 110% - above
