Job Purpose

Project Administrator is responsible for the provision of administrative support duties to the project manager and project team.

                               

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma
  • Preferred similar roles in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas. Min 3 years’ experience.
  • General knowledge of Operational systems, ERP systems and relevant ISO certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written) in the English Language.
  • Accountability and initiative taken for managing, maintaining and improving the company’s health, safety and environmental performance.
  • Ensure continual process improvement alongside an ethos that is committed to ensuring that performance expectations of all assets are continually met.
  • Developing long and short term plans.
  • To be clear and decisive communication wise.
  • Dynamic decision making where required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all functional areas in the organization. Promote a “can-do” team spirit where staff are proud of the achievements they make.
  • Resilient under stress and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Well-developed presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to listen to the views of others and respond in a logical, well thought out manner.
  • Experience in working with diverse cultures.
  • Be Physically fit, and able to complete a full medical assessment.
  • Be able to work weekends and 10 hours a day.
