IVMS Certificate.

Implementing & Managing of ; Land Transportation Safety Policy and Procedures, Company’s Road Safety Policy and Procedures, of Transportation Safety Plan,

ð  Land Used Studies, Environmental Studies,

ð  Evaluating of accidents black spots and provides suggesting for improvements.

ð  Study of Black Spot, Road Traffic Accidents and Spot Trends and Patterns.

ð  Monitor and audit road safety for existing roads, new roads, traffic diversions and for tunnels.

ð  Approving & Manage of Road diversion and Road closures.

ð  Ensuring Road Traffic Signage / Road markings are in place and are maintained as per standards.

ð  Identifying potential hazards, determining ways of reducing risks & Risk Assessments of the routes.

ð  Approving of Project’s Vehicles + Equipment / Machinery + Drivers and Operators.

ð  Ensures all project’s vehicles and Machines are insured, registered, licensed and are maintained in

ð  accordance with UAE Federal Traffic Regulations and as per Client requirements.

ð  Ensure that emergency vehicles are maintained and are fit for the emergency evacuation as per

ð  company’s procedure.

ð  Spot checks on all types of vehicles & machinery to ensure they are maintained and fit as per

ð  company’s procedures & policy.

ð  Maintain records of the Drivers/ Operators / Vehicles & Machines.

ð  Participate in TBT with project Drivers, Operators, Flagman, and other teams on sites.

ð  Organize Safe Driving Programs / Road Safety Campaigns.

ð  Assessments, Interviews, and Selection of drivers for the project.

ð  Participate in the recruitment process for selecting Light and Heavy vehicle drivers &

ð  Operators in coordination with H R Department.

For Road Safety – IVMS

ð  Monitors projects driver’s behavior and vehicle movements through IVMS.

ð  Share the IVMS reports on a weekly and monthly basis with all project’s drivers for their driving

ð  improvement.

ð  Preparation, Maintaining and Submission of RAG Reports, Detailed Event Reports, Journey Management Report,

ð  Incident/Accident Reports and Modified IVMS Reports as asked by the clients.

ð  Reports prepared from FMSI, FMS TECH, TRAKKER and Star Line (vendors.)

ð  Suggesting remedial measures to the management to prevent reoccurrence.

ð  Implements driver recognition / incentive scheme.
