JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title:
Safety Engineer

Qualification: Engineering graduate preferably Mechanical Engineering discipline and Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
Experience: 7-8 years experience in relevant activities, of which 4 years in Oil Industry. 

Should have worked in similar capacity preferably in Refinery/              petrochemical complex and should have through knowledge of all associated hazards and safety aspects required for safe execution of jobs.

Adequate qualified and aware of environmental, occupational health & hygiene protection.

Through knowledge of accident reporting and investigation procedures.

Should be fully conversant with International codes and standards on Safety viz. ANSI/ API/NFPA/OSHA etc,. Safety Inspection Procedures, Electrical Area Classification etc.,
