JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

                        • Work on training content – Create, Modify

                        • Manage a team of 4-5 members

                        • Identifies training needs by consulting with inter-departments.

                        • Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.

                        • Schedules training sessions organizes information and other equipment and manages course enrolment.

                        • Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary.

                        • Works with other managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees.

                        • Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.

                        • Evaluating individual performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improve performance.

                        • Share updates with the management team in India and USA.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience

Graduate in any field. Masters in any field would be an added advantage

PREFERRED SKILLS

Manage successfully training projects.

Team player and a strong leader

Good problem solver. Ability to focus on fine details. A flexible approach is required.

Good communicator – Written & verbal
