Qualifications, Experience, & Skills: 

Minimum Qualifications:  Pre degree / Bachelor Degree. 

Minimum Experience:  Two years’ Experience in Direct Selling / water industry.

Valid KSA license/ Home country License 

Functional Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of FMCG sales preferably in the beverage / 5 gallon water.

Working Knowledge in computer with proficiency in MS office.

Prior experience in KSA Market  

Job-Specific Skills:


Customer friendly/ Service oriented / Distribution management.


Performance Indicators

To make door to door cold calls to identify and generate prospective customer base.

Daily Visit Report  

To achieve the monthly target of new customers set as per the budget.

New customer target

Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns and promotion activities. Identifying potential communities and do town storming campaigns as per the marketing plan.

Marketing Activity Tracker

To provide competitor activities report and new developments happening in the market to the sales supervisor

Competitor Activity Tracker

To work closely with the sales & distribution team to ensure that all new customers created are properly serviced.

Customer Satisfaction

Route riding to identify new opportunities and give suggestions on distribution efficiencies.

Route Ride Report
