JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title:

Lead Human Resources

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Science or Arts and preferable with Masters in Business Administration in Human Resource Management

Experience: A minimum of 8 years’ of experience in Human Resources department for a large Refinery/ Petrochemical complex

Experience in handling organization's HR programs and policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels.

Possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal relations skills
