Experience                               :           Experience in relevant industry.

  • The Routing/Scheduling Clerk is responsible for much of the logistics administration in both road transport and Shipping. They ensure that files and records are maintained with no outstanding bills or reports whilst also examining any documents to ensure completeness and accuracy in the work place.
  • The Routing/Scheduling Clerk must also prepare information for any required Shipping schedules or route directions as well as maintaining personnel schedules and maintenance orders
  • Labour costs, manufacturing costs and any maintenance costs must all be carried out by the Routing/Scheduling Clerk
  • All production details and inventory details must be maintained by the Routing/Scheduling Clerk together with a record of any delays or changes to cost estimates.
  • All production schedules and material orders must be overseen by the Routing/Scheduling Clerk to ensure that backlogs or shortages are kept to a minimum.
