JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Profile

1.Workload planning

  • Review daily workload on the CRM to identify callable and non-callable cases/accounts Review customer demographic details to ensure customer availability for feedback

2.Surveys

  • Contact all the customers on the callable cases/accounts assigned based on the set timelines
  • Follow the call workflow process to communicate and ask for feedback
  • Record feedback from the customer accurately in the CRM Communicate the received feedback to the appropriate stakeholders

3.Knowledge quotient

  • To have knowledge about the features and functionalities of EMR
  • To have in-depth knowledge about CSAT processes To have an overview of the new products and updates about existing products.
