QUALIFICATION

Education: diploma in mechanical/ intermidiate/or any equalant dgree

Experience: five years increasingly responsible experience working in warehouse and storage operations,should be have practical knoweldge in primary tools repair

Language : must speak and write english

SCOPE OF WORK

The storekeeper is responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory and property for the district.

Under direction, performs a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes supplies and equipment, maintains inventory and stock records, may serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area, and perform related work as required

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and maintain material minimum re-order level
  2. Prepare purchase requests to head office.
  3. Coordinate with head office & suppliers for Material follow-up
  4. Proper check & receipt of Materials from customers as per our specification.
  5. Issue equipment, consumable to production and maintain the list in data sheet on daily basis.
  6. Record all material moving transactions (like RP, Material Receipt, and Issue).
  7. Indentify and maintain track record of all fixed assets & equipment.
  8. Coordinate with Managers & supervisors for material procurement  
  9. Coordinate with supervisors for material issue.
  10. Maintain proper record of Receipt & issue of Material.
  11. Give daily, weekly & Monthly report to manager
  12. Procure material from ASRY warehouse and to store.
  13. Enter Purchase and store related activities in a Software called –E Task.
  14. Ensure all the documents are recorded up to date and produce during  internal  (Manager) and external Audit (ASRY).
  15. Overall in charge for all store related activities
