Job Title:
Job Profile:

1)Project schedule development, maintenance, monitoring progress status and reporting to ensure Client satisfaction

2)Member of Project Controls Team for scheduling, Progress Measurement and Change Management

3)Monitoring of Project Schedule and identifying at all times any area of concern (critical path, clashes, early start)

4)Reporting regular progress to Client and internal Management including Dashboard updation-WPR & MPR including S curves denoting actual vs planned progress.

5)Interface with project management team and client counterparts for issues related to planning and scheduling activities

6)Coordinate with contracts department on issues and strategies related to variations and disputed claims

7)Perform risk analysis as and when necessary, define and update Project Work Breakdown Structure in co-operation with the Project Manager

8)Elaborate, update and revise Project schedule in close co-operation with the Project Manager

9)Examine closely subcontractors execution schedule and progress reports and analyse and control subcontractors scheduling methodology

10)Organize all necessary meetings related to scheduling activities at work centres

11)Participate to reviews and technical audits on Scheduling and Progress Reporting

12)Issue consolidated close out report at the completion of the project.


Job Description For Field Engineer:

The Field Engineer reports to the Operation Engineer. The Field Engineer liaises with Project Manager, General Superintendent, Barge Superintendent, Diving Manager, Safety Manager, E & M Manager, Marine Base Manager / Superintendent and Purchasing Personnel.

The specific responsibilities of the Field Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensuring that all work carried out safely in compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

• Preparing Installation Procedure(s) in accordance with the Level II Procedure and with due regard for safety. 

• Developing (or reviewing those provided by others) load out and Sea-fastening plans for the transportation of materials / structures to the offshore site. 

• Prepare material lists for construction materials and project consumables, and liaise with the Project Coordinator for procurement of requirements.

• Issuing “Load-out Lists” applicable to the work in accordance with the recommended practice.

• Coordinate with Marine, E & M and Diving departments to ensure that necessary equipment and personnel are available and readied for the project.

• Developing checklists and inspecting load-outs in accordance with Procedures.

• Liaise with the customer representative and various subcontractor representatives at the offshore site and with the Operation Engineer.

• Ensuring the contract / project related documentation is maintained and / or transmitted to the Customer at the site.
• Advising the Barge Superintendent and / or Barge staff including Subcontractors regarding the planning and execution of the work. 

• Preparing Post-Job Reports, collating as-built documentation and records in accordance with the contract requirements and the approved project indices
