Job Profile:
Responsible to handle front desk and front office operations.
Responsible to handle end to end admin.
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including :
Housekeeping and Pantry
Bills and POs
Book travel / hotels / conveyance for employees
Record and process reimbursement bills
Look after telephone, mobile, internet connections for all team members
Ensure compliances are taken care of for office - shop establishment etc.
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Responsible for end to end Payroll Processing, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Salary Slips, any other HR related compliance.

Education, Experience & Skills:
Candidate must have a graduation degree (additional qualification will be a plus)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or
Administrative assistant with good stability
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, PPT)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Smart and Confident
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
