  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing Monthly and Annual Engagement Calendar.
  • Must be strong with PowerPoint presentations and MS Excel
  • Should have exposure to PMS / Performance Appraisals.
  • Should have worked on attrition reports.
  • Must be from a Tier I / Tier II institute and have exposure to best practices in HR
  • Must have handled a similar profile for not less than 2 years in a retail brand consisting of more than 1,000 employees with multiple stores @ multiple cities, must include south.
  • Overall experience, not less than 3 years.
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and English. Telugu not mandatory.
  • Travelling for 5 – 8 days a month.
  • Must have a flair to connect with employees
