Designing and organising Statel level Promotional and Marketing activities.

Preparing the Annual Marketing Calendar & Marketing Budget

Responsible for successfully implementation of all type of marketing activities in in the  assigned State

Driving sales team to achieve sales targets 

Marketing - Analysis

  • Analyzing and reviewing the market response /requirements and communicating the same to Sales team for accomplishment of the business goal.
  • Analyzing the market trends for planning promotional offers
  • Identify potential markets and design business expansion blueprints.
  • Analytic and eye for detail on market and consumer trends.

EBITA
Responsible to drive Gross and Net Margins for the overall business of the assigned region

• Responsible for the EBITA for the overall regional business.

• Drive Organic Growth and overall profitability.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have handled Marketing Activities like Sales promotion, marketing research, Branding
  • Handling Direct Sales & Channel Sales. Through Client Meetings, Interaction, Discussion, Negotiation and concept selling.
  • Organizing promotional activities and events such as Exhibitions, Events,Activation new customer acquisition from potential catchment areas
  • Must have worked in the companies where the product sales required him/her to visit customers residence ( Amway, Tupper ware, Eurekha Forbes, Dyson ,Kent RO, Acqua Guard)
  • The candidate must have ability to identify the Ultra HNI Population and ability to generate referances from them
