Are you a tech-savvy educational enthusiast ready to take on the challenge and wear multiple hats, playing the role of innovator, researcher, and developer?

We are looking for a professional Content Analyst to design and develop our learning programs. The content Analyst has to be ideas-driven, comes from a teaching or training background, and is passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience. Content Analyst can expect to work with subject matter experts, a diverse range of formats, and multimedia production platforms. Other responsibilities include developing objectives, rewriting and reshaping content, and developing assessments.

Successful Content Analyst should have a firm grasp of how people learn, and excellent web design, writing, communication and collaboration skills. Ideally, the perfect candidate should also have experience in managing projects and a working knowledge of basic graphic design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Research, design and develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content, curriculum, and programs

•Coordinate and consult with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop learning solutions in a collaborative and team-oriented environment

•Knowledge of how to implement ID models in developing content

•Develop strategies to analyze learner needs and assess the effectiveness and return on investment of learning

•Work directly with internal and external stakeholders owning the project up to its delivery

•Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, exercises, etc.)

•Update existing content for instructional design best practices on a regular basis

•Write creative scripts for eLearning, microlearning, videos, other learning interventions

•Research on new ID development process and apply to improve the work lifecycle

•Structure, chunk and/or recreate existing customer content into material suitable for bite-sized learning

•Create project estimates and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills and Experience:

•5-8 years experience developing, implementing and evaluating instructional design and technologies

•Demonstrate experience writing effective copy, instructional text, activity instructions, audio/video scripts

• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, problem-solving and organization skills

•Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and quickly changing environment

•Meets timelines for projects with minimal follow up

•Demonstrated commitment to diversity, learning and successfully working in multicultural environments

•Good knowledge and experience of language editing. Knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style and Language.

•Knowledge of RAPID development approach

•Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

Education Level

•Must have:

•Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or Instructional Design

•Master’s degree in English, Education, Instructional Design, or Communications a plus

Globalization requirements experience an advantage but not a must, for example, language, culture, and customs
