Responsibilities

  • Real Time floor Management
  • Escalation Handling [Handling escalated calls, complaints, question and queries as necessary]
  • Ensuring the SLA are maintained as per the target
  • Call Monitoring -Audits
  • Coaching Counselling and Feedback sessions [Enhancing the productivity of the agent]
  • Team Briefings
  • Reporting team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Education Graduates with the minimum experience of 2-3 years in contact centre.
  • Must have experience handling Inbound process
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point Presentation [ Ability to track team performance through reports on excel and capable of presenting it through PPT]
  • Understanding of Operational Processes
  • Time Management
  • knowledge of performance metrics
