JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Profile:

To carry out preventive and break down maintenance for the single needle lock stitch, chain stitch, Over lock , Kansai, Button hole, Button attaching machine ( Brother/ Juki) machines , pressing tables ( Ramsons) , portable boilers and have managed maintenance for at least 150 machines factory.

- Should be able to do machine settings based on the different fabric requirements.

- Should have knowledge of folders and stitching attachments to used for shirts/pants/ ladies wear etc.

- Should have handled maintenance for Cutting room plotter, TUKA CAD and Gerber or Lectra or eastman CNC machines.

- Should have handled utility part maintenance such electrical fittings, compressors and basic computer networking tasks.

- Should be able to coordinate and follow up with machine suppliers and AMC agents for regular maintenance activities
