    Sales executive Job description

1.    Develops a business plan for air and sea shipping and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

2.     Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

3.     Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

4.     Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

5.     Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

6.     Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

7.    Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and   implemented within the team.

8.    Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

09.    maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;

10.    cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

11.    acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;

12.    challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

13.    creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;

14.    reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

15.    gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements;

 

Qualification & Experience & Qualities

1- Minimum 05 years’ Experience as a sales executive in land transportation, sea freight and air freight industry, (only marketing and sales) preference KSA experienced
2- Qualification Graduate Or Master in Marketing
3- excellent communication skill in English and Arabic, on individual & team basis.
4- IT literate.
5- Age Between 27 to 35 years maximum
6- Saudi driving license.
