JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Profile:

Experience: Min 3 years in surveillance project handling

Preferred: Male candidate only

Skills:

  • Has knowledge of IP CCTV and other surveillance products

  • Planning, Installation, Commissioning and Handover of complete project

  • Must be able to handle team of engineers and Technicians

  • Vendor coordination

  • Customer relationship building

Responsibilities:

  • Management and execution of projects, on time, with budget and in a professional manner and direct people management of the project team.

  • Control, direct and co-ordinate teams of engineers and sun – contractors work

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors

  • Responsible for the implementation of procedures for the execution of work, briefing instructions to the staff in a timely fashion and ensuring that best practice is exercised.

  • Planning and scheduling of manpower and equipment / material requirements for programmed jobs, guaranteeing that the jobs are completed with the specified time frame and budget allocated.

  • Conduct regular safety and quality audits and monitor Health and Safety of allocated engineers and sub – contractors to ensure that the employees are working safely by the correct equipment in the correct manner in compliance with all legislation.

  • Manage work in hand to maximize productivity of the team, accuracy of forecasts and jobs completed in a timely manner. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare and submit internal reports, projects closure documentation, resource performance data

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the flawless execution

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Create and track KRA of team members
